Hundredfold is entering a pivotal year marked with clear goals and development phases designed for the following purpose: to deepen the roots of HF's establishment, while simultaneously stepping out in faith into uncharted waters. The following blog post outlines the timeline for the upcoming year, explaining each phase of development and the vision we are seeing as we do so.

2026 Timeline ~ Why?
Setting a timeline provides transparency to those who invest into the work we do among the unreached, while also helping us stay focused and accountable. As we see the big-picture vision, we aim to break it down and invite others into a clear and practical action plan for reaching the unreached. Our timeline reflects our commitment to pursue high level impact as God directs, while stewarding what God has built by establishing a sustainable foundation for future growth.
By presenting this, we want supporters to understand not only what we plan to do, but the why behind it as well. We believe each phase laid out below reflects the Heart of God in valuing stewardship with integrity and radical obedience.
Phase 1: HF Development (Ongoing)
The first season of the year focuses on strengthening our foundation intentionally. This includes:
Project Development: Projects aimed at achieving our Year One Goals being refined and launched. Example: Our short-term "Exposure Trips" and "Awareness Vision-Casts."
Operations Systems: Investment in enhancing our back-end systems will only lead us to walking our vision out with deeper integrity and more capacity.
Team Vision: Developing honorably will enable us to onboard the right people at the right time (God's pace versus our pace, which is often set by the influence of modern industrialization).
Phase 1 is crucial because a solid foundation allows us to multiply impact without compromising quality. We desire to have God build this vessel upon the rock, not sand (Matthew 7:24-27).
Phase 2: Vision Trip (March-June)
Next, HF will embark upon a scouting trip to multiple "Red-Zone" nations for the following purposes:
Front-Line Partnerships: After having met with a dozen or so contacts on the field during our first exploratory season, we will follow up to continue to hear their needs, plan for ongoing partnerships, and develop deeper fellowship amongst the persecuted.
HF's Operational Hub (Location): Just as urgently as the first, we are also praying through different lands to determine where God is inviting us to come be with Him and establish our base operations.
Our fast approaching vision trip will enable us to keep an active pulse on the ground and feel for what is happening in such unreached nations, which is vital. If we get comfortable where we are, it is easy to forget the urgency of Jesus in reaching those in utter darkness.
Phase 3: Exposure Trips & Final Preparations (July-November)
Insights from Phase 2, along with preparations made in the seasons prior, will lead us into launching HF's very first short-term trip ("GO") opportunities. While back stateside, we are continuing to expand our initiative rollouts, including:
Exposure Trips: Launching our very first short-term trips specialized in focus and trades is something we have been expectant for since the very founding of HF. These will be trial runs of how we can expand and reproduce such opportunities for more willing people to go as well.
Awareness Meetings: Bringing awareness to the Church's greatest injustice is a top priority and avenue for reaching the unreached that HF has focused in on. We aim to do this through opportunities that are opening to us in businesses, churches, or small-group settings to share more about the unreached and how to get involved.
Vision Refinement: Assessing with a reflective heart posture allows us to see how God would want to refine what we do, but also encourage us on different avenues that are in line with His heart. We receive and learn from both His corrections and affirmations.
Phase 4: Field Launch (December-2027 TBD)
A move cross-culturally to a foreign land requires one to sit and truly count the cost before moving forward (Luke 14:25–33). Taking the call of God seriously requires real evaluation and preparation—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Stewarding this foreseen transition well looks like:
Systems Intact: To launch properly and be effective in the work God has called us to, even in such a closed nation, means we need to have the best possible systems and operations in place by the time of the move.
Sustainable Support: Casting vision and inviting people to participate/invest in the work is vital to be sustainable in the work we've been called to do abroad. For the unreached to hear the Gospel, God is asking for the participation of the global body in such a needed work today, all unto the return of Our King.
Healthy Transition: Organizationally and personally, healthy transition unto the nations is needed to really have a strong foundation upon arrival.
This is our yes to the call of God He has placed upon our hearts from the very beginning. This is also the very reason Hundredfold's name is what it is...“Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers...or lands for my name’s sake and for the gospel, who will not receive a hundredfold now in this time...and in the age to come eternal life.”

How You Can Support HF's 2026 Ventures
What we feel is an "open-handed" vision for 2026 that God has given us faith for also relies on the yes and participation of the global body in the Lord's work. For followers of Jesus like you, it takes a we effort, not a me effort. Consider praying into the following avenues:
